This weekend opens the 12th Edition of the ‘Weekend of the American Lighthouses‘ from Friday 14 to Sunday, February 16, with 86 light houses and beacons of 12 Countries(28 from Argentina, 23 from Brazil, 1 from Costa Rica, 4 from Cuba, 12 from Chile, 3 from Guatemala, 4 from Mexico, 1 from Panama, 4 from Peru, 2 are registered from Puerto Rico, 1 from Uruguay and 3 from Venezuela).
Among the stations active, four of them will be entering on WAP Sub Antarctic Territories Directories (WAP-WADA, WAP WACA and WAP LH Directory).
We are talking about the southern tip of Chile (Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica Region) and Argentina ( Tierra del Fuego Province).
Both LU/X of the Radio Club Ushuaia will operate from 2 Lighthouses (pics aside shows both lighthouses; the old historical one and the newest) at Cabo San Pablo as shown below:

The Chileans CE8s will operate from:
